Terms of Use
Effective 18 September 2026. These terms apply to the Dock Finder app, published by MR SOFT IT ("we").
1. Agreement
By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your device. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or any part of it.
3. Purchases
Any in-app purchase or subscription is processed by Apple or Google at the price shown in the store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel any time in your store account settings.
4. Refunds
Apple and Google handle all payments and refunds under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update the app or these terms at any time. The current terms are always on this page with their effective date.
